Shipping & Return
SHIPPING POLICY
Mykal Armani is working really hard to ship all orders out as soon as possible.
Orders ship priority mail, which can take 3-5 days to arrive depending on the postal service in your area.
Please note, MYKAL ARMANI is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or the other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume HOLIDAY SEASONS ( Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. )
Furthermore, items purchased with estimated shipping dates/pre-orders, are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and Pre-Order Policy.
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Our office and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be PROCESSED the following business day.
Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high-volume season to avoid disappointment.
We will continue to ensure your MYKAL ARMANI order gets to you as soon as possible, however, we do appreciate your patience!

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers are responsible for RETURN/EXCHANGE shipping unless the order was filled in error or defective.
Items purchased from MYKAL ARMANI are eligible for store credit within 7 days delivery receipt.
RETURN ITEMS MUST BE POST MARKED no later than 7 days from date of delivery to be eligible for credit or exchange.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE in which case they are NOT eligible for exchange or store credit.
Items sent beyond 7 days are subject to a 10% RESTOCKING FEE.
​Please be sure to include your order number and/or the returns form with your return. Please be sure to FILL OUT THE FORM if you are exchanging to indicate the SIZE/ COLOR you are exchanging for.
​We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our studio. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Items sent for return that are NOT eligible for credit are subject to a restocking fee OF NO LESS THAN 30%
​RETURN TO SENDER
If this occurs, when it arrives we will reach out to have you reconfirm the address to get it back out to you.
We would be glad to resend an order back to customers but unfortunately customers will have to cover the re shipping charges of $15.
ORDERS SENT BACK AS "UNCLAIMED", "UNABLE TO FORWARD" OR AS "RETURN TO SENDER" ARE SUBJECT TO A $15 RE SHIPPING FEE.
You will receive a PayPal invoice for RE shipping.
Once it is paid, we will reship the item.
EXCHANGE
​Regularly priced Items are eligible for exchange at customer discretion. Exchanges; once complete are deemed FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for credit once completed and sent back to the customer.
Orders received without a filled-out return form, or forms that do not indicate the SIZE/ COLOR you are exchanging for, will be issued CREDIT AUTOMATICALLY!
Tracking Orders
Standard shipping on domestic items is 7-10 business days from the order date. This includes 5-7 business days for processing plus 2-3 business days for delivery.
DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
All orders IN STOCK leave our facility in 1-2 business days (this is determined by volume) Once it has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically.
To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.
Missing Your Order?
1. File a Claim with the USPS
2. File a police report
3. Wait for USPS investigation results.
MYKAL ARMANI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
CUSTOMER(S) ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER IS ISSUED.
PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES CANNOT BE UPDATED ONCE TRACKING HAS BEEN ASSIGNED.
CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.
